I  decided  to  do  a  burn  in  for  my  video  card  yesterday  and  thought  id  share  my  results  with  you  guys.  This  is  still  an  early  overclock  as  it  seems  to  want  more  and  the  temps  are  looking  good  as  well.  I  might  update  later  on  if  I  do  decide  the  extra  horsepower  is  worth  it.

Overall  its  a  incredible  upgrade  from  my  8800gtx  and  still  a  very  impressive  leap  over  the  4870  that  I've  been  using  as  a  loaner  card  from  a  friend.  The  only  bad  thing  I  can  really  think  of  is  that  it  did  not  include  the  Battlefield  3  game  that  was  promoted  at  the  time  of  purchase...  thanks  Amazon  for  that  one.  Rolling Eyes

I  bet  those  scores  would  be  even  higher  with  Windows  7  Ultimate,  although  I  could  be  wrong  if  you  are  in  fact  using  a  mock  windows  7  version  of  vista  already.  Surprised

You're  correct,  I'm  still  running  vista  ultimate.  It's  still  on  my  bucket  list  to  buy  win  7  for  myself  tongue8

vista  runs  well  enough  with  this  card  that  I  don't  think  ±2fps  at  this  time  would  matter.  I'm  sure  future  games  will  change  that  for  me  soon  enough.  =P

I  don't  know  how  you  can  stand  Vista.  I  could  not  wait  to  get  rid  of  it.
