Has anybody played halo3?Any comments? I'v played it but I'm not a fan of halo so nothing special for me =p

I downloaded the lost planet demo for PC a while back, I didnt really like it. Didn't really like Gears of War either, I guess I just don't like 3rd person shooters. I'd say get The Orange Box though, Specally for Team Fortress Cool

Gears of war with a buddy next to you is all sorts of awesome, Bioshock is epic greatness and i love the burnout series so much im going through the whole game(Burnout Revenge) a 2x time.

I still havent played Halo 3 just because its only 6 hours start to finish. Thats not even worth it for 49.99 or whatever the price is. I dont play xbox live so multiplayer dosent mean anything to me. I'm going to wait to buy it used.

Halo 3 was alot more of a success than Halo 2. The campaign was short, but it was a great story line. Took me and my friend about 5 hours on co-op (normal).

Last Friday we turned on 5 skulls (skulls make the game harder) and treid it on legendary. Took about 2 hours per mission. All the enemeis would do is throw like 100 nades lol.

Multiplayer is ok, new gametypes, wehicles, guns, maps all make the game fun. Also the addition of the shields, regen, Power drain, portable jump pad, radar spike... make the game a little mroe interesting.

@ Haxor: Games you should look into:
- Bioshock
- Halo 3
- Gears of War <- Got burnt out on this game real fast. It's great to play when you havent played it in a while though.
- Mass Effect <- CANT WAIT BABY!
- Assassin's Creed

I love Halo! Honestly, don't even bother getting an Xbox 360 if you aren't going to be playing these games online. Go ahead, spend that cash on Bioshock, Assassin's Creed, and etc but for the PC. Personally, I think Xbox live is honestly great. There is definitely a lot less cheaters on the Xbox as well. Do me a favor though. If you know the game was made purely for single player, rent it. You got like two weeks to play and beat it and this will save you around 50$. Multiplayer games like Halo 3, Call of Duty 4, and my favorite, Battlefield: Bad Company (to be released) will last you months if not years.
