Doubt it, you probably got spotted. I shoot at every red mark I see regardless if they are behind cover or not. Bullets go though everything in that game.

Yes, so do I. But I then asked him "How the fuck did you know I was there" and his reply was "Dolby 2.1 surround sounds" or something like that. He might have lied and there really was a spot on my head, but his reply is what confuses me.

You gotta admit though, if you learn how the sounds of your game are, you can pinpoint exactly where someone is. Just look at Quake 3. I restarted playing and I've had so much sounds knowledge, just like any of you, that it's almost a wallhack.

I was amazed at the tank gameplay. Saw a few "trailer analysis" done buy youtubers, and they all overused and abused a word "immersive". I think that's what the Tank gameplay really is. You're rolling with your buddies along the line, ready to face death and stuff, seems like yadda yadda yadda in any other game, for instance - call of duty. Somehow in CoD it feels predictable, you're sitting there waiting for the game to guide you, you're "watching" a movie. And this is so much more. The sounds, the view, the smoke, JESUSCHRIST

And multiplayer looks good as well. The only thing I did not like, was that the names and all that flashy stuff is a bit in your face, too bright. I really liked what they'd done with BC2, wasnt too bright nor irritating - hope you can fine tune it to your liking in the menus.

Wow, have you seen the new "dive"? It's like they remade the Black Ops one, but it's more useful and the animation takes less longer. Genius.

Oh sweet, they also kept the classes form BC2!

Nah the classes this time around have been changed back to 2142 style.   Much better design choice.

Assault aka Combat Medic- Medic equipment or grenade launcher and bigger guns.   You choose

Recon - Sniper or more close combat rifles with C4.   No guile suit

Support - LMGs and Ammo Box.   The LMGs can fire suppressing fire that will effect nearby enemies vision.   You get points for doing it and you can equip bi-pods that will help accuracy.   You can mount it on any flat surface to give you a mounted machine gun.

Engineer - Pretty much the same.

Vehicles - Have slow Regen and can be disabled at low health.   Meaning at 10-20 health they stop moving and you will need and engineer to fix it.   Also death in vehicles will only happen if you are on the side that blew up or were completely in an open vehicle.

I used to do that in BC2. Well with C4 as a sniper too, but it was funner with combat rifles.

I'm a bit disappointed with the "hold breath" thing on sniper rifles. Always hated it in CoD

waaaaa DLC waaaaa preorder bonuses waaaaaaa!

man sometimes people can cry about the stupidest things. The only issues I really have is that BF3 might not make it to steam on day 1. It will eventually make it on there like need for speed: hot pursuit did but that took a week to show up. Im not going to sign up for a game service just to get that single game. I like having my collection all together. Makes things neater and easier to keep track of.

Any of you guys have any thought on the current "Boycott EA" thing floating around the internet?
