 depending  on  your  hardware  you  have  visit  the  system's  website  and  it  should  offer  a  support/download  section  where  you  can  find  drivers.  Here  are  a  few  common  hardware  company’s  default  driver  page.
 
 Soundcard
 Creative  X-Fi/Audigy/Soundblaster

 For  onboard  sound  you  need  to  find  out  what  your  motherboard  is  and  visit  the  manufactures  website.
 

 Video  Drivers:
 ATi:

 Nvidia:

 You  also  can  get  the  beta  drivers  for  nvidia,  sometimes  the  beta  drivers  fixes  bugs  in  newer  games  but  they  don’t  have  the  time  to  go  through  WHQL  testing  to  be  out  as  official  drivers.  I  never  had  a  major  issue  with  the  beta  drivers  myself  but  your  results  may  vary.

 Intel:
 For  Intel  products,  its  best  to  go  through  your  motherboard  maker/system  builders  website  and  get  their  latest  drivers.  If  they  don’t  have  it  you  can  head  over  to  Intels  website  and  download  the  ones  based  on  which  graphics  chipset  you  have.

 Microsoft:
 http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/mouseandkeyboard/Download.mspx
 
 All  other  brands  should  have  their  own  site  with  a  download  area  easily  accessible  for  you  to  get  the  latest  drivers.
