It's 2013 and the game is on! Now that we have a first look at all of the contenders for the upcoming "king of next gen"; I thought it would be a good idea to start a topic where we can praise, boo and just shake our heads and what the fuck were they thinking, all in one place.

I'm not even going to list the awesomeness you could build if ∞ monies were available. Maybe a comparable $400-500 PC should be spec'd out and benched alongside the others upon release. Science bitches!

To start it off, i'm going to say this is the first time NONE of the consoles wow'd me with graphics that make me say "this is next gen". My inner kid died a little during the MS console premier when even they couldn't do it. I wanted this but with the Oculust Rift. Maybe next, NEXT gen I can have it.

So, my fellow lurkers, now that we know what this gen lineup looks like, what are your initial thoughts?

I've lost all interest console gaming...PS4 was kind of interesting though but the rest kind of bored me. So, I'll take the time to say PC FTW!

I'm still in PC master race too, I mean common. We have the Rift, can't beat that.

woah display port? Common there buddy these are next gen consoles not future 4k warriors. HDMI will get them through the night till the PS5 which should be dealing with display port by then.

well were only 1/2 way done with E3 and its already clear on who really won this year. Looks like i'll be buying my first playstation in Q4 this year.
