I honestly don't give a damn if they are banned or not. This isn't exactly what I am looking here...
I still have to talk with g0d leaders on what they think about this but it seems o2o

is a step ahead of us in this entire situation so I'll ask here first.

Are Classic/Birdman/Hater now considered ex-cheaters by o2o

due to the drop of some kind?
It seems that Classic or possibly eRa does not want to discuss this in their forums so I'll ask this here too.

Is this rule still being kept and followed?

Believe me, there have been SO many times I wanted to go off on people in servers but since I have always been some type of leader with o2o

I felt that I had to ere on the side of caution, because when I spoke even though I wasn't the o2o

spokesperson, people felt my views were the views of o2o

. That just comes with being a leader, a council member, whatever it may be. I know you guys are young, it is definitely hard to not say anything when people are talking shit but sometimes you have to be the bigger person. Responsibility comes with the job. I believe the 3 (Bird, class, hater)of you are leaders amd/or in the council - honestly - if one of our council members acted like you guys have acted in the server in the past they would have been removed from council/leadership. But hey, that is just how I feel.

As a leader, your actions/words are always under a microscope whether you like it or not. Just have to know how to handle it.

Well N!ke i know how it looks,some people are sayings its us.But i've talked to a few refs in the community and they do see it from both sides.The only information that was posted was enough to persuade the people that dislike us for what ever reason they may have.The refs that i talked to have said that it wasn't 100% proof that could link us to the drop.Nor they ain't any proof that we can link another person to the drop.i believe the drop took place in o2o

or TEXAS server,they both had logs together.

And alot of the dallas players such as STARS the majority of the clan that lived nearby mostly played in TEXAS because it was a popular server where they could be together and have fun.I know a few dallas players that have dropped.KR JOO and /AD/Venom they both have sbc dsl,they live 10+ mins drive away where they get a dsl connection.The ips and logs that they are using for this incident are from SS desire where we played and most people from dallas didn't.

They ain't really no way to proof who it really was,because the logs are so old.Meganoob doesn't even have the logs to prove that the ip was our exact ip or not; and i don't even think they know why the people on the ban list dropped for.So it's really what you want to believe.So basically there isn't anything any one can do.Not the people who believe it was us or us to help us defend our case.The logs don't even say what the drop was for.It will be corrupt if we get labeled cheaters for no proof of it being us and not knowing why the smiley face dropped for.

The people who know what they are talking about already told me their decision of this matter and thats all im really concerned about.I would like to really give props to Metallicat,policestate,meva,wolf,bulma,cujo and a few other people.Can't really think right now tired..Because they came to this situation without any personal problems with us,even if they didn't really like us

I understand. I see it both ways now, since it isn't 100% proof it is matter of opinion. Still for whoever dropped (you or somebody else) in the past drop was a drop. Both in the past and today there were/are no ifs or buts. Drop was a drop even for a crack the person was/is considered an ex cheater.

Not necessarily,Brako,Vergil,Clayman,hax0r,Riddick,Wolf,Radiation and a few other people have dropped for cd crack,but it doesn't mean that they are ex-cheaters.

Now a few people that have been labeled ex cheaters because of that is different.t1ck was already suspected by everyone when he tried to join eRa, and then later on he dropped for a crack cd.Then a while later he got caught again with you cheating.A guy named lyon in h$ or wanted to join h$.Hes ^1moose he wanted to join eRa but dropped and then later on he joined [eM] and he bought them a server and made one of the starting banner or server banners say PURE SERVER,but when a [eM] member did /rcon sv_pure 1 and then did /rcon map q3wxs1 or w/e map they were on it said PURE SERVER 2 times.

I could name a few more incident but i don't wanna keep making these "long" post.Anyways,it doesn't necessarily mean they are an ex cheater

How close does an ip need to be to "match" when you had a varible ip?   Lets be clear on a few points classic.

Yes there are no logs anymore, But your here at meganoobs site so either you can trust him or not.
Did he make it up or are you willing to concide there was drop not that he possibly faked it?

Now next point if there was a drop how close is the range to yours? is it within the same amount of others ip as the ones you used as an example? Nope not even close

Kr joo was asked if he was going to quit kr because of one such banlist but he quit q3

Ppl have been banned using ip ranges you have done it yourself

Show me and incident where i banned some one for a ip range.And i never said that meganoob edited the logs or they fake i said that;that ain't no proof if hes missing the most important parts of the logs.Please show me a topic and i will try to proof it to you that it was them and my reasoning.

It's the same reasoning that is happening here, except that in your case, there are much more other "coincidences", that make it even more impossible that it is not you.

Also, you say that STARS players didn't connect to desire.. But the dropped cheater, connected to desire, just didn't drop. Why would they connect to desire just 1 day, the day they cheated?

It doesn't make sense.. The probability that it is one of you is around 99,9%, if you wanna believe at 0,1% oh well..

The f1 topic if anyone reads it they will see you also used ip info from my logs classic. not one of the cheaters ip is an exact match to f1 its all in th3 last subset of numbers as is in your case not the third subset as starz was. ie
***.***.*** matches ur ip which is the same as in f1 and orange
while ***.*** matches starz and any other example you use to say it could be someone else

I have used. African Spirit, African, and I was also in a couple of q3 clans in 1.32 such as cL counter-Logic with skr1pt and Smooth.

In our area my ip dosnt change and many have the same from videotron.   And it is possible that others get your ip.   I live in a small town named Brossard.   He lives in St-Lambert which are right next to eachother.   or maybe he lives in Greenfield Park I donno but wtv yeah it's not me and i laughed at the stroy the day it happend.   He dosnt play q3 anymore he q4's now so I heard by clan *h.

Anyways yeah and I don't get why classic would talk about cheaters when their is so much proof about him...Anyways i told the truth

Also sorry clicked submit by mistake.. My name is Marc-Andre Levesque and this is jsut a big mess up.   I've never dropped nor cheated.   i have been using NPC since it came out.

I dug up also info about this because I'm on msn searching this problem again and apparently ^1moose or whatever dropped for a CD CRACK and on eM I just viewed der forums they say he ahcked but he said he wanted to catch dx or xz for cheating some clan wtv

at one point you claimed it was pl from school too if im correct only thing is the fact that then those ppl in your school would have the same first three subsets which they only have the first two subsets

I would also like to use demensionx as an example he used his schools pc one day and was shittalking so would change to a diff ip to overide the ban but every time it would still have the first three subsets
