 The  following  set  of  videos,  is  a  video  review  showing  you  how  to  build  an  excellent  gaming  computer  with  high-end  hardware  and  accesories.
 
 I  found  this  very  helpful,  and  thought  it  wouldn't  hurt  to  show  you  guys  how  easy  it  really  is  to  build  your  own  computer.

 I  wouldn't  say  this  is  the  biggest  guide  I  found.  Reading  more  than  20  tutorials  really  does  help.  But  yeah  I'd  say  seeing  this  guy  put  his  computer  together  definately  boosted  my  confidence.

 That  video  is  a  guide.  He's  not  saying  if  you  don't  get  that  stuff  then  you  wont  have  a  nice  computer.  You  can  still  have  a  really  nice  computer  for  about  $800  when  everything  is  all  said  and  done.  You  just  have  to  know  what  you  are  doing  when  you  are  picking  out  things  =)

 They  don't  tell  you  OVERCLOCKING  voids  your  warranty.

 I'm  not  sure  if  it  was  Nick  that  said  it  or  someone  else.  If  you  are  overclocking  your  computer  it  is  time  to  get  a  new  one  =P
 
 Overclocking  a  brand  new  PC  will  just  cause  it  to  last  shorter.  Seriously  I  got  a  fan+water  cooling  combo  but  I  won't  bother  getting  it  overclocked.

 overclocking  is  good  if  you  upgrade  often  cause  you're  likely  to  replace  the  overclocked  component  well  before  it  dies  due  to  the  overclock.   ask  meganoob.  i  KNOW  that  boy  must  overclock  Smile

 Oh  rly?  Well  I  have  an  excuse.  I  probably  won't  be  upgrading  this  system  for  a  while  now.
 C'mon  give  me  a  break.  Intel  Core  2  Duo  2.13Ghz  2Gb  Ram,  and  7900  GS  graphic  card.  Wtf  do  I  need  to  overclock  for?  Im  running  bf2142  on  max  settings  and  my  FPS  is  still  fine.
 Like  I  said  before,  I'll  get  my  sis's  bf  to  overclock  my  PC  when  its  time  to  get  a  new  one  and  I  am  low  on  cash.  (He  will  overclock  it  cause  I  don't  know  how  but  I  know  you  can  seriously  fck  up  your  PC  if  you  screw  up)  =D

 but  ya,  building  a  functional  computer  is  not  hard.   it  does  require  a  little  reading  to  make  sure  you  buy  components  that  work  with  each  other  and  a  lot  of  patience  if  something  doesn't  work  like  it  should.

 My  overclock  has  put  my  computer  faster  than  a  AMD  FX-63  and  about  $600  cheaper  then  that  single  chip.  Not  all  processors  are  equal  in  terms  of  the  OC  amount  but  I  find  it’s  nice  to  get  at  least  200  MHz  on  a  small  OC  a  mid  will  get  you  400~600  and  a  high  is  1000+.  I'm  currently  at  around  800  MHz  OC.  2.4Ghz  stock  but  I’m  at  3.24  GHz.  I  could  push  it  past  3.5  GHz  but  it’s  already  fast  enough  for  what  I  do  so  once  I  need  it  I  know  I  can  go  further.
 
 OC  is  not  a  good  idea  to  do  on  stock  cooling.  It’s  always  best  to  use  a  large  copper  cooling  solution.  Watercooling  is  also  good  but  requires  filling  and  cleaning  semiannually.  I  have  a  friend  who  just  watercooled  to  reduce  the  sound  but  I  too  feel  it  was  a  waste  of  cash  when  he  could  have  gotten  a  huge  passive  heatsink.  Core2duo's  are  MADE  to  be  OC's  the  E6300  are  getting  up  to  E6700  and  beyond  easily.  My  E6600  has  passed  the  Core  2  Extreme  X6800(2.93  GHz)  easily.  It’s  all  up  to  the  users  experience  and  what  they  are  comfortable  with  doing.
 
 Overclocking  is  just  a  great  way  to  get  more  then  what  you  paid  for  safely.  Cpu's  are  the  easiest  to  get  good  OC  returns  on,  videocards  are  a  different  matter...  and  yes  it  does  v0id  the  warrenty  but  its  so  much  fun  pushing  your  system  to  the  limits  ^-^
