Rico.. are you bullshitting me? You honestly think you can prance around and claim you didn't cheat, yet you'd score, and I'll quote from Turbo

no railed those quotes are from an admin section that only the server admins can see. they go in great detail about your past as sL!yer. We were watching you for some time and at that time had all agreed that you were cheating. You may bave been playing on your friends computer and the ip's show that because you constantly have been playing at the same ip for a long time but that dosent mean that you played with the cheats when they were on the computer at your friends house.

Its a loose-loose situation here. your assoicated with a cheater because you were playing on the same computer as a cheater. if we didnt know you want to know what would happen? they would ban every ip thast assoicated with the cheater. and since your name pops up in the logs of the suspected cheater every ip assoicated with that name would also get the ban.

We have to do this because people like wildrat who had a very dynamic ip and was always causing problems in the community. He finally gave up after we banned over 10 of his main ip subnets and grew to learn his style/name selection.

i tried to get to the bottom of it all and find out 100% sure you didnt touch the computer with the cheats, but theres no way to tell. your name is on that ip many times so its too hard to tell when you were on and when the cheat was finally detected. We really have only your word to go by vs what we saw as you with the name Sl!yer.

and another thing, why didnt your "friend" tell you he was botting? dont you think thats kinda fucked up that he dragged you down with him? i dont care whose brother it was because as said before ive heard that so many times i could sell the slogan to Pepsi. You need to come up with some hard evidence to support your claim that you never were on his computer when he was botting and this would all go away. otherwise its not loking good =9 im sorry for that but as a admin and a leader i haev to look out for my team and the community.

IT DOESN'T ALWAYS HAVE TO COME DOWN TOO A DEMO OR SCREENSHOT.

If you see someone idol in a server shoot at people, you assume it's an autofire and ban them.

So, if you see someone consecutively getting 80-90 acc's when an oNu plays, but gets beat by the same oNu when that oNu doesn't have the tags on, MULTIPLE TIMES, and do it against other people then you'd BAN THEM.

It's not too hard to understand. Read the quotes again, from Turborailqueen. I could also post quotes from Godlike, too. Your being ridiculously stupid DemoN, considering how many people you've labeled a cheater without demos or screenshots.

Try not being so hipocritical when it comes to one of your friends, eh?

Damien - thank you for the quotes and demos - we will look over them.

The demo's are the only concrete evidence here that we can use that is unbias. Quotes are purely based on opinion and are not fact. I do understand who they are coming from but if we had the same "quotes" in the court of all they wouldn't mean p00p.

will review the demos and make a decision. I would like to thank everyone that has put forth evidence.

It is tough that he has never "dropped" and the fact that he was never banned even tho people reviewed the demos leads me to the fact that the demos are inconclusive. (I have not watched them yet)

Some people change and some do not. But, what I have witnessed from Railed in the past month is nothing but love and respect. I understand that we are here to make this community clean but we are also here to grow this community and have fun.

Anything else here posted that is disrespectful will be deleted.
