interesting...  I  didn't  know  many  were  having  issues  with  it.  I  had  recently  messed  with  it  to  include  ajax  for  easy  refresh  updates.  I  guess  i'll  look  into  getting  a  better  version.  thanks  for  the  heads  up!

Well  personally  I  don't  think  there's  anything  wrong  with  it,  and  that  it  shouldn't  be  in  any  priority  move  anytime  soon.

Just  wondering,  do  you  guys  have  nay  requests  for  bbcode  tags  that  I  should  add  to  the  quick  reply  box?  I've  already  added  youtube  to  it  but  don't  know  if  there's  anything  else  that  should  be  added.

Everything  is  progressing  nicely,  I  have  the  new  theme  available  to  all  o2o  members  to  try  and  test  out.  Soon  I  will  move  it  to  an  open  theme  where  everyone  can  test  it.  After  every  bug  is  ironed  out  the  theme  will  be  set  to  the  default  theme  for  the  site.

So  far  its  faster  loading,  uses  CSS3,  not  compatible  with  IE(positioning  errors,  css3  errors),  cleaner  and  more  readable,  killed  boring/ugly  looking  tables  in  just  about  every  area.

Look  forward  to  testing  it  out  soon!

A look at the front page

Well  you  know  what,  I  need  a  larger  test  group  anyways  since  all  I  really  have  is  Sprite  and  K!kyo  giving  me  feedback.  I've  added  it  for  all  registered  members  to  give  it  a  shot.

The  only  issues  are  you  will  be  seeing  progress  as  I  continue  to  make  it  so  expect  to  see  it  break  and  change  to  weird  things  if  i'm  online  under  the  v0id  account.

 Things  that  are  new:

  • replys

  • quickreplys

  • pm's

  • topic  post  views  layout

  • new  Quotes/Code/Php

  • new  Youtube  embeds  --sexy!

  • attachments

  • polls

  • topic  review

  • overall  forum  got  slimmer  bars

  • who  is  online  re-coded

  • sub  forums  slimmer/title  changes  &  removal

  • divs  everywhere!

  • cleaner  code  layout

  • Clan  Roster  customized  and  upgraded

  • .o2o.  Arcade  made  smexy

  • faq,  memberslist,  search,  groups,  profile,  your  account,  ranks  and  stats  all  have  been  upgraded  and  layout  tweaked.

  • code,  code  and  more  code!  ahh  its  everywhere!

 Known  Issues:

  • recent  topics  top  bar  background  is  screwy

  • lots  and  lots  of  broken  backgrounds  for  regular  modules

  • some  invalid  css  (hey  its  beta  maybe  even  alpha  status)

  • spacing  issues  for  avatar  bar

  • spacing  issues  for  main  background

  • header  is  not  going  to  be  anything  like  its  current  state

  • Footer  will  look  nothing  like  its  current  state

  • Color  and  Size  BBcode  won't  work  on  URL's

  • skin  the  scroll  bars  everywhere  not  possible  with  firefox/chrome

  • google  adsense  (yes  ads  are  coming  but  not  excessively)

  • no  image/color  is  final.

  • little  images  to  edit  everywhere

 To  change  between  the  themes
 Click  Here
Theme  name  is  Jupiter.  You  can  switch  back  and  forth  in  case  you  can't  handle  all  my  editing  as  I  go.(It  gets  crazy  if  you  are  on  the  same  page  as  I  am  editing)  I'll  release  screenshots  here  if  you  would  rather  wait  for  the  final  result.  Have  a  look  at  integrity  for  nostalgia.

Feedback  and  ideas  welcome  for  positioning  of  text  check  boxes  or  anything  you  see  that  looks  a  little  out  of  place.  Screenshots  of  examples  would  be  helpful  if  you  can't  quite  put  it  into  words  Wink

Sexy.   Something,  however,  seems  off.   Not  sure  yet  as  to  what.

PS:   Mega,  what  do  you  think  about  Watson  on  Jeopardy!?

watson  for  president!(of  the  chess  club)  Really  now  it  was  pretty  impressive  feat  to  run  that  sucker  flawlessly  for  the  preview  event.  I  was  half  expecting  at  least  a  hiccup  somewhere  but  I  guess  thats  what  I  get  for  doubting  IBM.  Did  you  catch  what  everyone  was  laughing  at  in  the  first  video  when  it  said  "lets  finish  up..."  the  first  time?  I  didn't  get  the  lols.

Website  related,  yea  the  off  thing  might  be  the  fact  that  the  header  and  footer  are  temp  holders.  I'm  actually  not  exactly  fond  of  the  scratched  texture  for  the  forums  background  either...  but  I  don't  have  any  ideas  for  something  else.  Ah  so  many  changed  to  look  forward  to.  ^^

It  said,  "Let's  finish  'Chicks  Dig  Me.'"

Dear  God  (Meganoob),  please  get  rid  of  those  ugly  graphics  making  the  nice  welcome  unreadable!
