This is an officle letter from [i]nhuman, sBs and its!
We, as beeing the main part in the community, were shocked about the fact that you support cheaters. We have been very disappointed, not only that you gave hydro and especilly Merky a T, also that you even thought about adding this people to your lineup.
o2o

has a huge history in the game and had a really big name in this community. Not many cheaters have been o2o

and thats what people make think o2o

is one of the cleanest clans around. We know that you cared alot about cheaters in past and that is why we were even more shocked to see you support cheat. Merky is a cheater and we never thought you motivation to win would cross illegal unmoral lines. But you disappointed us alot. We are sure that this wouldnt have been Meganoobs intention.

For this reason we decided not to scrim you anymore, as like a penalty for adding Merky, atleast until 1st of April. To make sure we will not extend this time, we want a full and officle statement from you about your reasons taking Merky up into your lineup.

Since no one else is on, I'll make this short.

Merky and Hydro have been removed as of yesterday because of all the drama that has been caused inside and outside of the clan.

we know that and this is defently not enough for us. we want a full explaination about this. even the fact you had them just for a short time on the roster is not acceptable at all.

Imagine for a second, that you have the ability to pull off the same railjumps that he can, aim with the same precision that he can, and match the reflexes that he has. What kind of shots do you expect to pull off in a TDM match? Normal, mundane shots? Or the type of shots that he makes that astonishes people?

What you don’t know about him:
Evidence and discussions from trusted refs in the community suggest he is clean.

Regarding the Quake Live ban: Quake Live =/= quake 3. Yes, he was banned for “altered code,” but that could legitimately mean absolutely anything. Even after numerous emails sent to the officials of qlive, they did NOT give solid evidence that indicated a hack. Let me repeat: There is NO concrete evidence he was banned for a hack.

Before you judge, please think of this.

Many clans have players that have cheated in the past year, finally admitted to cheating with little or no punishment, or/and dropped in 1.32 or another version of q3 and o2o

still scrims these people without saying anything. For the most part, there is 0 evidence that individuals in our clan cheat.

Here is further evidence that indicates Merky does NOT use a hack while playing quake 3:
The always fire test: Basically every player holds down the fire button and plays the entire game like that. Under these conditions, it is impossible to use an autofire. You can see by watching the demos that Merky still makes the same types of shots he does normally and while playing the same way.

5 games on dm7 and dm17 with the always fire test. Merky gets first in each one.

You can see that even while holding down the fire button, he still does as well, if not better than the players playing in those demos. He manages to die a lot less than every other player while scoring higher.

He still makes the same kind of shots (with 40 fps).

Autofire + wallhack ruled out. The only possible choice left is aimbot, which would probably be the most obvious, so I think we could rule that out as well.

In a topic I posted on o2o

and pwp site, I had many of you do a reflex test—here are Merky’s results:

His average of 60 clicks was 131.8, which is also consistent with the average of the sheep reaction test.

Answers to expected responses:

is so desperate to compete with other clans that they have to recruit a hacker.

Answer: We were already competing on/above the level of all the other clans. If anything, recruiting Merky brings activity to our roster; not the ability to “compete.” There is also no concrete evidence that he hacks either—there are merely demos of him where people were quick to jump to conclusions and called him a hacker.

Response: We will no longer be scrimming o2o

/merky.

Answer: That’s fine, but everyone knows that it’s not because you think we have hackers; there’s no proof whatsoever that he hacks or any of us hack. It’s more of the fact that you don’t want to lose which you will show the community by not scrimming us.

Half of you won’t even bother looking at the evidence and will go on to label us a hacker clan anyway. These are the ignorant ones. For the other half that do take a close examination, you will conclude the same thing I have: Merky is clean.

If you are too lazy to read, the best evidence in my opinion are:

- The 8 always fire tests (disproving the theory of him auto firing because hes alawys shooting)

-The reaction tests (showing he does have waaaay beyond average reflexes)

-The xfire vid recording of him (this records on screen, so obviously there was no wall hack he was at 7 fpm in a scrim with 40 fps)

As Calie mentioned, they have been removed from the roster.

With that said, your post is extremely hypocritical.

I will use one clan member from each of the above clans as an example why (there are many more to choose from but you will get my point).

Jorel is currently a T for Inhuman. The leaders of Inhuman (previously eRa), hid the fact that Jorel was wo0w from the community for three years (w/e the actual time was) knowing he was a (ex)cheater. A slap on the wrist and its history.

Axel is currently scrimming for sbs and sometimes hiding as candy. He knowingly bypasses bans and continues to be rude in servers (see pwp forums). Oh, and he has cheated some think multiple times, only admitted once.

Papamidnight is one of the leaders (I believe, or council or w/e) of its, and HAS DROPPED MULTIPLE TIMES. I think I can end there.

Have we stopped scrimming any of these clans? Nope.

Don't the above have alot more concrete evidence involved? Yes.

Also, please show me any evidence of Merky cheating in 1.16. We scoured demos and even the "cpc" refs found nothing to deem him cheating in any demos. And no, this information was not "hacked", we were told by a "cpc" ref.

I will admit Hydro was a mistake, more because of his bad attitude. He did drop due to the list but I can name 10 people in each of the three mentioned clans that were also named on the list.

You can sound all high and mighty but please take a look within your owns clans before you judge others.

Merky and Hydro have been taken care of. I ask that you each take care of your own problems. We have moved on. We will respect your decision to not scrim us until April 1. If you wish to say anything more on this topic.Please speak to me on xfire.

is still the cleanest clan around because our full members are clean (except for calie), and the 2 players mentioned were just trainees.

while i can't say i supported the decision to have the 2 in question as trainees, i also do not see a reason why we have to provide an "officle" statement regarding why it happened. no offense, as i'm trying really hard not to start a flame war here, but do we ask your clans to justify to the o2o

council why you may have ex-hax0rs in your FULL lineup before we scrim you?

anyways, i don't want to ruin scrimming for others in the clan for making these statements so just understand this is my opinion and my opinion alone. others in the clan may disagree :P
