I'm posting here because I know some of you guys know this stuff and I really need your help -_-.

Today I got a message saying I needed to activate Windows Vista, but I already activated it in February when I first got it. I tried activating it with the product key on the back of the case but it says the product key is already in use.

I had problems with the raid configuration (which told me was the hard drives) so I brought it to the computer place that built my PC to replace the HDs. They told me it was just the raid and they fixed it and I ordered a sound card at the same time. I got the PC back on Tuesday and now (Thursday) Windows tells me I have 27 days to activate.

Btw, the Product ID shown in the SS is not the Product Key on the back of my Vista case.

Can anyone help me with this? Confused

PS: I don't think it is fair that I should have to purchase a new product key since I already had it registered.

Nevermind you can lock it because I made a major change I had to re-activate by phone. Razz

That is the gayest thing ever though.
