Hello all... In light of the recent events, IntegRa and I discussed having a scrim for CanceR... I originally went against the idea thinking that we didn't need to have a match to remember him, but I think it's a good idea as long as we keep in mind the match is for fun... not about winning.

In this respect I think it would be common courtesy to not tag up as R.I.P CanceR just because you want to scrim; if you feel like you were not close to him you may spectate. (In short, don't tag up if you just want to get a game in) We have 28 slots in dT| Server so at this rate we might have to resort to forcing people to disconnect if they did not know CanceR for the purpose of letting in someone that did.

In any case, I think it would be fine if we all kept our clan tags and just used R.I.P. CanceR as your name...
if clanless, maybe something like <3R.I.P.CanceR for a name.

Either way, the date is not yet determined--maybe a week from now, this saturday night.(12/17/06)

The time we tried to arrange to be like the NFL game, which had a good showing of players..

GMT 1 AM
8 PM Eastern (GMT-5)
5 PM Pacific (GMT -8 )
7 PM Central (GMT-7)

Again, the details are being worked over, but it's the gesture that is really important.

Once again, post if you would like to participate and I'll update the list of players participating, hoping to get a head count and general idea of whats going on.

Good idea, I don't think I will participate though. I didn't know him at all and I'm sure there are more people who did so they should play.
