I posted that I don't care because I really don't. In the end somebody will get what they want, Whether it be people for eRa or against eRa. No matter how much I play this game it will always remain a game to me, With or without hackers. Yes it is wrong to cheat and it's admitting that you have no skills to yourself but not the people around you. There are plenty of not so good players out there and they are some of the most respected players on q3 for being 'Old school'. I personally wouldn't attempt to use a hack not only because of the consequences but also its really not much fun constantly winning every game. Thats why old school players don't play much or don't play at all because it has become too easy so they move on to a newer game. If they really did hack then thats pretty fucked up considering all the people they have banned for doing the same thing they did, Then what they are getting now would be just karma. Us the people in this community are personally ripping it apart with all this dumb shit cause we treat it like our lives and not the fun, fast paced video game it was meant to be.

Kikyo, i wouldnt really say its silly they banned you.... gecko called them beaners and you agreed... thats a fairly racist thing to say haha, but thats neither here or there.

should they be banned? not the whole clan. just the few that pulled this shit.

classic, birdman and hater specifically went out of their way to twist words and ban all of H$ clan. ban those 3. i've never heard a word wrong from elmo or archer thus far so i could not care less. but the paranoid brothers post 'Photogate' have been bigger idiots then ever. Its time their arrogance was given a lesson in humility.

The situation with Dremmz, was a mis-understanding. Language? r u kidding me? Dremmz never stated to me what i had did wrong, execpt that i was annoying becuz i asked to join a 2v2 to help a team gettign dominated 0-3. Nuff said (learn the facts next time) No1 is banned anywhere and was asked to be banned anywhere regardless of what was said by both parties. -This had no relevance to eRa =P,escially since in my and the other people there witnessing the ban saw me doing nothnig wrong -_- thanx for showing me which frined u back more,it was nice. was fun bein homies, now moving on...

Now, eXtacy, i've known u since u probably started so, ima just be real and strait up with you.

if you dropepd like that in a server, eRa would have a lovley topic made for you with 600 noobs all agreeing to their discovery and then u would recive a -1. Why? Because 1. Ur not a "name" to them or as u stated "oldschool", 2. They enjoy the power, 3. Dont care about you what so ever.

I like ur post, but think about what i said, go to eRa read some topics and then realize what im saying. Right now Truth hurts, eRa has to be tried as any other player.

In this little quake eco system, especially with outdated anti-bot technology, there is no room for giving second chances for players that have knowingly cheated, and have been perfectly aware of the repercussions for doing so during the times that they did cheat.

lol society.   Dremz explained that u said some inappropriate language so he banned u.   Now im not taking his side on this.   I believe that was a little harsh for just saying something.   And thank you for showing another example of retaliation.   You bring something up totally unrelated to any subject of the situation in hand.

I never said i was old school nor did i deny that i hacked.   This topic is about what we should do about .eRa| (class, bird, elmo, hater and archer).   I used that situation as an example of how people react.   You did something - so u got banned.   I am not saying it was right that u got banned.   But when you got banned u tried to get dremz banned from servers.   That was just a good example of how we react to things in this community.   Sad to see that you decided to be mad at me over this, but I think it was a good way to express how i felt about the 'retaliation' in this community.

I wasn't saying dremz was right to ban u, just that u did something "wrong" so he banned u and u tried to get back at him.

I was only going by his story.   Sorry if i made it sound as if i was deserting u or trying to make you look bad because that was not the intention.

I won't lie to you. With the bullshit Classic gave me because t1ck cheated on my PC there would be no better revenge, still, I will judge this 50/50. eXtacy's post gave some beautiful points but we cannot make everyone think just like him. Personally, I feel it was right to post in eRa forums BUT NOT DISCUSSED!!!!!!! They are just getting trash from everyone in the community for revenge. I bet 25% of the people reading those forums don't even know how to read the logs or what IP is. This is the clan's decision because the CLAN not the INDIVIDUAL has the power. This should only be discussed in the clan member's sections with the announced verdict of the clan in the eRa's forums.

The community as a whole has protected eRa for too long, and it is about time the community (meaning members of lower class clans or solo players) stood up for themselves and didn't agree with eRa just so they wouldn't be targeted. If you aren't a friend of eRa, they aren't a friend of yours, and no matter how good you are they will try their hardest to give you a bad reputation and discredit everything you have ever said or done. That is why I am so proud to see more members of the community speaking out against eRa and believe the community as a whole has a right to discuss this event.
