So I watied in line last night in the freezing cold and snagged me a brand new Nintendo Wii. Meganoob I know your reading this and if you haven't already GO GET ONE NOW. My Wii number is 6896 8218 8957 2529 add me I am already online with it via WiFi. If anyone adds me please inform me so I know who it is. Anyway as I said in the topic here are some pics of the sexy beast and myself who happens to also be a sexy beast.

Wii upright in it's stand that is sold with the unit.

Start-up User interface. Those are the "channels" where you can(from right to left) Start a game, create your own aavatar person, watch slideshows on SD memory, Buy virtual Console games like all the old greats such as the orgianl Zelda and even Sega games like Sonic, the forcast channel to get your forcast, and the news channel to keep yourself up to date. Plus there will be more like an internet web browser channel(Opera) and others to come.

The game I have watied months for The Legend of Zelda: The Twilight Princess

Me and the Wii remote. Nunchuck is attached on the bottom I just can't take a pic and both items at the same time. It is very fun to use. You should see my wife try to play Wii Tennis she loves this damn thing. I'll try to sneak a pic of her playing it if and when I can.

Hope you had fun wasting 600 dollars on a system that currently only has one good game and long periods of development for the really good ones. Plus I hope you still have your recipt becasue rurmors are starting that the PS3's are breaking down after 70 hours of total play time. Odds are you'll need a replacement very soon and since they are not being made fast enough you probably won't see a replacement until March. Never buy any Sony products at launch there all faulty; my launch PS2 broke after two years and gives me Disk Read Errors all the time now.

rofl... thats what i did... i didnt even have the ps3 on me, i just took a picture of the reciept and sold it on ebay for 5,100...

yea... so guess who made a 4,500 dollar profit skapy ol' buddy ol pal...

hmm, i wonder how much of a profit you could make with you measley lil wii... i can go to the store and buy 15 of them and burn em all and then piss on the ashes as i laugh my ass off Laughing

Accutally the Wii outsold the PS3 and it's sold out as well so good luck with that. And why would I sell something I want? I bought it becasue I am going to play it and keep it.

PS3 sux, friends of mine said it froze at E3.
Come on, its E3 if your gonna set up a demo for it make sure it doesn't freeze and crash.

Sony might even give up on the whole PS3 in the U.S.
They are losing about ~230$ for each console they sell.
(At least thats what I read on the NEWS)

The laugh about the Wii is that they couldn't even make a gamertag or something.

I'm still wondering how the whole remote control thing on the Wi will go for online, I realy doubt its going to be any good.

Accutally the great thing about the Wii is that once he adds my code he never has to again and we are then reconized by console names mines SkaP. Even when my system is in standby mode(off) it still connects to the net and auto-updates itself as well as interacting with any friend I am listed with. So say he goes and does something awesome online or makes something really cool when I turn the system back on it gives a message in the message board about it. Plus the Wii Remote is basically a mouse it really is point and click so surfing the web looks like it is going to be real easy. The only downside to Nitendo's network is that it will only support about 4 players in a game online. So it won't be crazy fun but for the kickass Nintendo games 4 is ussally enough.

I have no problem with any system I just buy the ones that have the games I want and not the ones that will have games I want. Most of the time they either switch consoles or are released on all the systems. I wanted Zelda so I bought a Wii. When Ps3 lowers it's price and there is something I want then I'll go get it.

Old, what I don't get is why people would pay 5,100 bucks for a PS3 when they can get it at the store for 600 bucks. Confused

Riddick it's becasue supply and demand. Sony is not making enough of the system and are sold out already and didn't fill demand in the slightest. 250,000 units are all that made it here the Wii had almsot 1 million and will have 4 million by the end of the year. There are doubts that there will be any new shipments of the PS3 before Christmas and you know kids they want want want and parents will sometimes pay anything to make them happy. So idiots will pay.
